To promote the independent makers, collectors and artists of CNY and foster creative collaborations as well as provide the most unique underground shopping experience available in the heART of downtown Syracuse. We strive to reflect the diversity of our community – both artists and audiences, while providing a welcoming space for creatives to connect with the public.

Custom Lighting fabricated by toltecworks featuring app controlled by Philips HUE technology built into the architectural columns to create a unique vibe.
At the centerpiece of the Mercantile is a high ceiling industrial event venue surrounded by independent shops and services. The six modern lit architectural columns at the center of the space make for an epic scene. New custom WIFI
app controlled lighting add incredible customization capabilities.
Film screenings, Floating art exhibitions, Guest speakers and workshops,
intimate performances, artisan retail pop-ups as well as
photo/video shoots work well in this modular space.
Freight elevators for load-in/out, WIFI, custom lighting, AV equipment including 20' inflatable screen, EPSON 4k projector and in-house PA system available for rent.
